Megan Fox finds romance with LaBeouf?

Megan Fox has sparked rumors she's moved on
from ex-fiance Brian Austin Green
and into the arms of "Transformers" co-star Shia LaBeouf.

The 23-year-old actress ended her engagement to Green, 35, earlier this year.
The couple subsequently tried to work through their problems,
but Fox has now confirmed the romance is officially over.

She's rumored to have moved on from the split and chosen a new suitor
in 23-year-old LaBeouf -- they were spotted dining together in New York.

According to the New York Daily News,
the pair turned heads as they sat side by side
during a dinner with 10 pals on Thursday,
days after attending a West Hollywood party together.

A source says,
"They definitely seemed into each other. ...
Shia couldn't keep his eyes off of Megan.
He literally watched her like a hawk all night."

The reports follow LaBeouf's own confession just last week
he feels a real chemistry with his sexy co-star, telling reporters,
"I'm a 23-year-old red-blooded male,
so sure there's a lot of real there. She's a beautiful woman."

Miley is just announced she has 'reconnected' with her ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas
following the break-down of her romance with Justin Gaston.
Her shirt transparent in the sea water, Miley was pictured passionately kissing
her co-star Liam Hemsworth while filming The Last Song in Savannah.

And 16-year-old Miley certainly enjoyed filming the flirty scenes with the tall, young Aussie
who rolled off the Neighbours production line.
Meanwhile, her new love-interest Nick was playing to thousands of screaming
teenage girls at London's Wembley Arena.
 

On Friday, less than a week after her break up from Justin, the Hannah Montana star
said of teen heart-throb Nick:
'He's my best friend, and we still hang out all the time, and we've definitely reconnected.
We don't know what's going to happen in the future,
but right now we're just kicking it and hanging out as much as we can.'


The pair were spotted on June 9, jet-skiing together on Tybee Island,
where Miley is filming her new movie.
'They looked like they were having a blast,' said a source.

Miley and Nick, also 16, broke up in December 2007, after which she told Seventeen magazine:
'I bawled for a month straight'.
But the two recently reunited when they collaborated on the duet Before The Storm
for the Jonas Brothers new album and worked on the Disney's Friends for Change campaign.
'We both just kind of saw each other again and kind of decided
this whole thing was stupid and... we all were over the separation,'
Miley told a Tennessee radio station.
'And our families are super happy that we're hanging out again.'

When asked about his romance with Miley, Nick revealed he's happy
that they have 'reconnected' - the same term she used
when announced their friendship was back on last week.

Saturn sold

SAN FRANCISCO --
General Motors Corp.,
just days after the bankrupt carmaker sold its Hummer brand,
said Friday that it has reached a deal to unload Saturn to racing legend
and auto dealer Roger Penske.

GM said the deal, if completed, will save more than 350 dealerships
and preserve 13,000 jobs at Saturn and its retailers across the country.

The deal would allow Penske, who runs a chain of dealerships under
his Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Penske Automotive Group
and also has extensive operations in leasing trucks, to take over the brands,
trademarks, service and parts operations and distribution operations related to the brand

GM will continue to build the Saturn Aura, Vue and Outlook on a contract basis.
